Job Description: Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving online performance and revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaign management, ensuring campaigns achieve measurable results and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns through all phases of the project life cycle.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.

Implement and manage tracking for all digital advertising platforms (Tracking + Analytics).

Configure Google Tag Manager and set up GA4 Event Tracking.

Set up and optimize conversion tracking across campaigns.

Structure and manage UTM parameters for accurate campaign reporting.

Analyze campaign and website performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to improve ROI.

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO and tracking best practices.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and performance optimization techniques.

Required Skills

Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).

Proficiency in Ahrefs or SEMrush.

Experience with Google Keyword Planner.

Strong knowledge of Tracking and Analytics.

Hands-on experience with GA4 Event Tracking.

Google Tag Manager setup and management.

Conversion setup and optimization experience.

UTM structuring expertise.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset.

Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics.

Experience in SEO and SEM.

Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
