Purpose:
Your mission is to generate growth by managing paid campaigns with strict ROAS and CPA targets, leveraging your expertise in digital media buying and performance optimization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Continuously improve funnel performance from traffic to conversion
- Monitor daily budget pacing and bid strategies for maximum efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
- Set up and refine attribution and conversion tracking systems
- Enhance retention and lifetime value (LTV) through data insights and CRM campaigns
- Develop dashboards, segment audiences, and implement attribution models to track success
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in media buying within the food and beverage industry, specifically in Egypt & GCC markets
- Proven proficiency with paid ad platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking tools: GA4, Pixels, SEMrush, CRM tools
- Basic CRO knowledge and funnel optimization mindset
- Excellent data interpretation skills to inform decision-making
- Experience with Odoo is a plus
