Role Overview:
We are hiring a Digital Product Expert for one of our clients to drive end-to-end product development across Mobile & Online Banking. This role sits within the digital space and works closely with cross-functional squads to deliver world-class digital experiences. The Digital Product Expert will lead the strategy, design, development, and rollout of new features for the organization's Mobile & Online Banking platforms. You'll act as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Ownerdefining stories, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring seamless execution of the squad's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of mobile & online banking featuresfrom ideation to production.
- Develop and maintain an attractive, compliant, and customer-centric value proposition.
- Prioritize the squad backlog, set delivery timelines, and ensure execution through sprints.
- Analyze market trends, conduct customer research, and propose new digital solutions.
- Design channel, pricing, product, and journey strategies aligned with the organization's brand.
- Enhance Customer Journeys using CX insights, UX best practices, and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering & IT teams to convert business requirements into working software.
- Ensure structural improvements to processes, channels, and platform performance.
- Manage urgent incidents, drive continuous enhancements, and maintain delivery excellence.
- Mentor junior team members and champion Customer Journey craftsmanship.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years experence working in digital/agile product environments.
- 5+ years of banking experience (preferably in mobile, online, or API-led development).
- Strong background in product management, digital channels, engineering, or UX.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and digital best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change across multiple teams.
- High-energy, innovative mindset with a passion for building seamless customer experiences.
