Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Digital Sales Manager. The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account portfolios to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include devising strategies to meet sales targets, leading digital marketing and media initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The role also involves identifying market opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Proven experience in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
  • Comprehensive understanding of Digital Media and Digital Marketing principles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or performance marketing is a plus
