Looking for Digital Services Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of service sales through online channels and leading projects in collaboration with the marketing team. This role will oversee the execution, and performance of digital sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
KEY Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to increase digital service sales across multiple platforms.
- Design and launch digital campaigns and initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead and manage service-related initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, E-Commerce, marketing, operations and IT) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for online sales and marketing projects.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify and implement new opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance the digital customer journey.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or project management, preferably within services industries.
- Proven success in driving digital sales growth and managing marketing-driven projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using digital sales and analytics tools.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
