Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the formulation of IT strategies and initiatives; approve roadmaps and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Govern IT standards and policies; ensure compliance with national regulations and internal controls.
- Sponsor enterprise architecture and IT roadmaps; prioritize portfolios and make investment decisions.
- Direct project management practices; oversee vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
- Ensure service excellence by monitoring SLAs with providers and resolving escalations.
- Oversee business analysis activities; validate requirements gathered from internal departments.
- Approve technical requirement documents and solution designs.
- Guide design, development, testing, and release management; enforce secure coding and DevOps best practices.
- Set application design standards based on business needs and user experience principles.
- Review performance, quality, and user acceptance reports; drive continuous improvement.
- Manage application lifecycle, technical debt, and quality gates across teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs and dataanalysis metrics; use insights for decisionmaking.
- Track project execution data; remove roadblocks and ensure ontime, onbudget delivery.
- Report periodically to stakeholders on progress, risks, and commitments; escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent; master's is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years in applications/eservices, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and IT governance (e.g., ITIL).
- Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage technical projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
