Digital Solutions Business Lead
Role Purpose:
Manage the development and roll out of digital solutions and initiatives that improve business operations and deliver a premium experience across customer channels. This includes understanding business requirements, creating a roadmap, designing, implementing and supporting the adoption of such solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Research and implement innovative solutions to address business needs, improve customer centricity and increase technical adoption.
- Manage the road map definition and execution of digital business solutions.
- Manage the Digital Solutions Business Partners and Analysts to drive and implement approved requirements and solutions according to best practice.
- Manage the engagement with relevant internal stakeholders, business users and technical teams.
- Manage relationships and communication with relevant 3rd parties, including vendors and implementation partners.
- Manage medium to large-sized project implementations.
- Manage the design of user stories/journeys, automated business processes, solutions and integrations.
- Support the DS Team to develop accurate functional design & documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business users needs.
- Support the DS Team to execute testing cycles as per best practices and ensure effective project implementation to meet business user satisfaction.
- Define and monitor adoption and quality standards for digital solutions.
- Define and monitor operational processes to support and monitor DS Team activities and execution.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Prior experience in leading business solutions (eg. Odoo, MD365, SAP etc) implementation and integration logic is a must.
- Understanding of the Retail, CRM, Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Field services processes.
- Understanding of the Finance, HR and Warehouse processes a plus.
- Experience in project management (Agile/Scrum Delivery) and business analysis.
- Experience in Python, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
- Experience in system architecture.
- Strong communication, presentation (PowerPoint), and interpersonal skills.
