The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated person to drive the sales of MAZCODEX's custom software products and digital agency services. You will be responsible for identifying B2B opportunities, consulting with decision-makers to understand their unique operational bottlenecks, and pitching our tailored digital solutions. If you excel at consultative selling and can clearly demonstrate the ROI of a custom-built digital ecosystem, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Take full ownership of lead generation, prospecting, consultative pitching, negotiation, and closing custom software and marketing contracts.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Act as a strategic partner to potential clients. Deeply understand their business needs and propose the exact mix of MAZCODEX software, web development, and digital marketing services to solve them.
- Product Pitching: Showcase our ecosystem of customizable products (MazMed, MazERP, MazAcademy, MazMenu) as tailored, high-impact solutions for clinics, schools, restaurants, and other enterprises.
- Client Acquisition & Networking: Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, business owners, and entrepreneurs across Egypt and the broader region.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking interactions, preparing tailored proposals, and forecasting revenue.
- Market Bridge: Gather valuable market and client feedback to collaborate with our internal development and marketing teams, ensuring our offerings remain highly competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management specifically within the custom software development, IT services, or digital agency sectors.
- Strong understanding of custom software solutions, web development life cycles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical builds into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with a persistent hunter mentality.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Working Hours:
- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible arrangements available).

2. Initial Screening (Virtual): A brief 20-45 minute call to discuss your background, expectations, and cultural fit.
3. The Pitch Assessment: A practical interview where you will be asked to run a mock discovery call or pitch one of our digital solutions to demonstrate your consultative selling approach.
4. Final Interview: A final meeting with the leadership team to discuss strategy, compensation, and onboarding.
