Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Manage and optimize performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media, analytics tools, and campaign optimization
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or marketing automation tools
  • Experience working with international or remote teams
