Role: Digital Strategy Lead

Location: Dubai

Salary: $170,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on experience level

The Role:

You will shape, execute, and continuously optimize the group-wide Digital Strategy, ensuring enterprise objectives are met. You will work hand-in-hand with CxOs, programme managers, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate corporate strategy into technology roadmaps and ensure successful execution.

Must Have Requirements:

• Highly experienced in building & delivering company-wide digital strategies & roadmaps. At least 10 years experience, and most preferable 15 years +
• At least 1 successful company-wide digital transformation, ideally covering AI, GenAI, and Data
• Excellent engagement skills across all levels up to the CxOs, as well as with partners & vendors
• Enterprise organisation experience - 10,000 employees and above
• Up-to-date with the latest Market Intelligence, across competitors and the leading service providers
