Position Summary
Lead and manage enterprise digital transformation initiatives and IT projects from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and IT projects.
- Develop project charters, business cases, plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Align projects with organizational strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and governance reports.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance, security, architecture, and quality standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communications.
- Support procurement activities, RFP evaluations, contract execution, and vendor performance.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Ensure successful solution deployment, transition to operations, and benefits realization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise applications, cloud technologies, data platforms, and system integration.

- 5–7+ years in IT project management.
- Experience managing strategic and complex technology programs.
