We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant / Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives and help organizations improve processes, services, and operational efficiency through digital solutions.
This role is a freelance, project-based engagement and does not constitute a full-time employment position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze current processes and identify digital improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver transformation outcomes.
- Support change management and digital adoption efforts.
- Prepare transformation roadmaps, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience in digital transformation, business transformation, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions, process improvement, and organizational change.
- Experience working with government or large organizations is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
