We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and execute key system and automation initiatives across our organization. This role goes beyond traditional IT management, focusing on transforming business processes through innovative technologies and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop and Execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead the implementation and optimization of new systems.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee system integrations
- Collaborate with departments to ensure successful adoption of new systems
- Establish data governance, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for better decision-making
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with company standards
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise systems management
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP platforms )
- Proven track record in leading system implementation and automation projects
- Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, operations, and supply chain
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
