About The Role
We are seeking
Digital Transformation Consultants with
experience at top-tier management consulting companies at the
Associate, Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, and Partner levels to lead and deliver high-impact engagements for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to design strategies, drive large-scale
digital transformation programs, and deliver measurable results across sectors.
Depending on seniority, you will lead workstreams, manage client relationships, oversee teams, and shape strategic initiatives that influence organizational and sectoral outcomes.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital technologies, market strategies, and business transformation. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance client performance and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in top-tier consulting firms is mandatory
- 6+ years of experience in digital transformation
- Strong understanding of digital technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their application in business contexts.
- Deep industry expertise in one of the following industries: Energy & Utilities, Food & Agriculture, Transport & Logistics, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Sustainable Manufacturing
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and driving measurable business outcomes.

- Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements

- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, from initial consultation through to implementation and optimization
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital transformation projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients that showcase our digital transformation capabilities and value propositions
