Job Description

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Responsible for the implementation of digitalization projects; fully participate in project execution from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure. Key areas of expertise include MES, PLS, WMS, etc.

2. Conduct preliminary requirement analysis, prepare requirement documentation, assist in functional design, develop implementation plans, deliver project presentations, and support project execution.

3. Collaborate with Solution Architects (SR) in drafting and organizing solution documents, and work with development teams on functional design and development.

4. Manage business communication with clients, technical coordination with developers, and requirement translation during project implementation.

5. Adhere to management directives and deliver work outcomes as required.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields; minimum 3 years of work experience, with preference for relevant industry experience.

2. In-depth understanding of the entire project lifecycle, including user research, requirement analysis, solution design, and project delivery; PMP certification is preferred.

3. Strong documentation and PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

4. Excellent learning ability, verbal expression, and communication skills; capable of clearly conveying product features and highlights to clients, with the ability to control and guide requirements.

5. Willingness to undertake long-term international business trips.

6. Proficient in English communication.
