Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and effective digital marketing assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, advertising initiatives, and social media channels.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the digital and UI/UX design realms, incorporating fresh ideas into your designs.

Conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of creative deliverables that align with client requirements and design systems.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Effectively communicate and present design concepts both internally and externally, incorporating client knowledge into your work.

Actively participate in client-facing and internal meetings, contributing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Continuously explore new creative boundaries, pushing the limits of design aesthetics, and inspiring colleagues with your innovative approach.

Be solution-focused and advocate for ethical design principles, ensuring the well-being of both users and clients in all projects.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and motivation to work effectively within a team.

Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in landing page builders like Unbounce and email platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work.

5 to 7 years of digital design experience, focusing on digital products and websites.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, showcasing your mastery of design tools.

Additional skills in motion graphics, illustration, photography, or web development are a valuable asset.

Ability to work in a remote, global environment with strong communication skills.

A hybrid role with the potential for occasional proximity to our studio in Northeast Ohio.
