- Lead sourcing activities across indirect categories, including issuing RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
- Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers to drive innovation and value.
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewal.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and find efficient sourcing solutions.
- Track and report savings, budget adherence, and cost avoidance
- Maintain accurate records in ERP or procurement platforms (e.g. MS Dynamics).
