Direct Sales Agent (cairo &Giza only)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Cairo and Giza, Egypt. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for selling MetLife Egypt's range of insurance solutions and financial products. Day-to-day tasks include attracting new clients, following up with existing customers, conducting sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service to address client needs effectively.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or knowledge in Finance and Sales
• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to understand and explain insurance and financial products effectively
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
