Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Direct Sales Executive to join our team at Chubb, based on-site at our Cairo, Egypt office. This role involves engaging with potential clients to promote and sell insurance products, building and maintaining customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. The Direct Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about the latest product offerings and market trends while upholding Chubb's commitment to professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and foster lasting professional relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
• Understanding of Finance and Insurance concepts with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
