Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell luxury hotel products and premium real estate offerings of The Heart Of Europe.
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and international buyers.
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company.
- Conduct consultations, presentations, and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Actively leverage social media platforms to generate engagement and enhance personal branding.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals in line with company objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in luxury real estate sales, insurance or luxury goods sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
- Proven ability to close premium‑value deals.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Active presence on social media platforms is essential.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
