Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Regional Strategy Coordination and Implementation:

Assist senior management in formulating and promoting the overall development strategy of the direct sales region, including regional market expansion, medium- and long-term business plans, and organizational development direction;

Lead the implementation and deployment of core new markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia, ensuring the achievement of regional growth targets.

2. Organizational Coordination and Cross-Regional Management:

Guide various business units (such as marketing, technical services, business, human resources, and finance) to coordinate operations and improve overall operational efficiency;

Build a headquarters-regional linkage mechanism to strengthen the support capabilities of headquarters resources for projects and frontline operations, and create an integrated regional management system.

3. Major Project and Key Client Management:

Participate in the expansion of customer relationships and the advancement of major projects in key international markets, leading senior management communication and business negotiations;

Guide and review key matters such as technical, business, financial, and legal compliance for key projects within the region.

4. Team Management and Talent Pipeline Development:

Build and manage a regional core team, promoting the implementation of core talent development mechanisms, leadership development, and cross-cultural collaboration mechanisms;

Establish incentive mechanisms and performance appraisal systems to enhance organizational combat effectiveness and employee cohesion.

5. Risk Control and Brand Building:

Oversee compliance management, safety production, QHSE, legal affairs, and public relations within the region to reduce operational risks;

Strengthen brand influence and enhance the group's image and customer recognition in target markets.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in petroleum engineering, international business, engineering management, business administration, etc.; Master's degree and MBA preferred.

2. Industry Experience: At least 15 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry, including no less than 8 years of international market business management experience;

Familiar with oilfield services, energy engineering, and international business operation models, with experience in strategic-level project operation.

3. Management Skills: Possesses regional organizational operation and cross-functional management capabilities; has led the management of medium to large-scale regional teams or project portfolios; demonstrates mature cross-cultural leadership, international team building, and remote collaboration experience; can drive business transformation and organizational evolution from a strategic perspective; possesses strong execution and resilience under pressure.

4. Communication and Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English; possesses excellent public speaking, report writing, negotiation, and multi-party communication skills; familiar with multicultural environments; experience working in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia is preferred.

5. Personality and Values Alignment: Possesses a strong sense of mission, self-motivation, and responsibility; respects multiculturalism; possesses high political sensitivity and corporate compliance awareness; actively embraces change; can make rapid decisions and organize resources in uncertain environments.
