Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Specialist based in Qesm Heliopolis, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, delivering personalized sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The Direct Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, meet sales targets, and participate in ongoing training to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction in a professional environment
- Ability to provide Training and share knowledge to support team goals
- Proven ability to meet targets, develop client relationships, and work in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
