Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)
Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Director-level professional to lead ARC engagements, focusing on IFRS and financial reporting advisory. The candidate must have proven experience in the Middle East market, manage key client relationships, deliver high-quality solutions, and drive business growth across the region.
Requirements:
- Oversee IFRS and GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and accounting advisory projects.
- Act as trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
- Drive business development and represent the firm in the market.
- Mentor and develop a strong consulting team.
Qualifications:
- CA/CPA/ACCA;
- 14+ years in accounting advisory/financial reporting (Big 4 experience preferred).
- Strong experience in Middle East market and established client relationships.
- Expertise in IFRS and complex accounting transactions.
- Proven leadership, client management, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East for client engagements.
