Role : Director – Business Consulting

A consulting firm is looking for a Director of Business Consulting to join its senior team in Dubai office. This is a business-critical role for a strategic leader who thrives on growth, client impact, and building high-performing teams.

Over all Responsibilities:

Full P&L responsibility for the consulting division

Business development and senior client relationships

Business proposal development and deal closing

Strategic advisory on business strategy, gap analysis, business process improvement, and strategy execution

Building and leading a top-tier consulting team

Experience Background

Proven track record in management consulting with P&L ownership

Strong business development and client-facing experience

Deep expertise in strategy formulation, organizational gap assessment, and strategy execution Natural leader who can build and grow a consulting team

Arabic language skills are a strong plus (not mandatory)

Remuneration Package:

Monthly Salary : AED 50.000.00 - AED 55.000.00 ( All inclusive)

Performance based bonus : up to 3 months annually.

Annual flights : Self and Family

Medical Coverage : Self and Family

Annual Leave : 30 Days annually

Sick Leave : As per UAE labor Law
