Director - Business Data Intelligence

About the Role

The Director – Business Data Intelligence will lead the development and governance of KSIA's commercial data intelligence capabilities, ensuring the integration, accuracy, and usability of data to generate real-time insights, support strategic decision-making, and empower commercial teams through advanced analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a centralized commercial data platform integrating data from internal functions, partners, and passenger movement systems.
• Establish standardized data collection, metadata, and master data governance practices across Commercial.
• Oversee the collection and integration of structured and unstructured data from internal systems, vendors, government sources, and market research.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to monitor commercial KPIs and support decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliable access in coordination with Technology teams.
• Oversee commercial analytics to identify behavioral patterns and generate actionable business insights.
• Identify and adopt new technologies and approaches to enhance KSIA's data intelligence capabilities.
• Build data literacy across Commercial teams through tools, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent is required. Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent, including at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
