About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a senior business development professional to lead strategic investment attraction and partnership initiatives within the technology and digital infrastructure sector.
The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing investment opportunities across data centers, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and advanced digital technologies. The successful candidate will build relationships with global investors, technology companies, hyperscale's, developers, and industry stakeholders to drive growth within a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and market engagement initiatives across the technology and digital infrastructure sectors.
- Identify and attract strategic investors, operators, and global technology companies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key industry decision-makers.
- Drive investment opportunities related to data centers, cloud computing, AI infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Lead commercial discussions with prospective investors and partners.
- Assess investment requirements including power, land, connectivity, sustainability, and infrastructure readiness.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen competitiveness and attract high-value investments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support investment projects from initial engagement through implementation.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and international business engagements.

Candidates should bring substantial experience in one or more of the following areas:

These markets are recognized for their mature digital infrastructure ecosystems, hyperscale presence, and technology investment environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in business development, investment attraction, technology, digital infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of originating and securing strategic investments and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of data center development requirements, including power infrastructure, land considerations, connectivity, and sustainability requirements.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and international investors.
