Director Commercial Operations

Other Requirements : -Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (Commercial Director, GM, COO, Head of Operations, or similar) - Genuinely passionate about travel and creating experiences - Strong operational and organizational skills — a builder and executor, not just a strategist - Track record of building teams and scaling operations - Background in travel, hospitality, or experience-driven industries preferred - Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a structured, execution-driven approach - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Based in Egypt preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 3-5 years in a managerial position

Required Skills

• Comfortable with standard business software (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
• Able to pick up booking/reservation systems, CRM tools, and basic marketing/social media platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
