Job Description

Lead a team of experienced Project Managers and Technical Advisors to fulfill the company's vision and strategic objectives. Leverage internal and external expertise, resources, and collaboration to effectively manage the development process, mitigate risks and liabilities, and ensure compliance, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, motivate, support and develop the team of Project development.
  • Communicate with the stakeholders to provide updates, receive instructions, review design and construction progress, and develop new ideas and visions.
  • Organize and manage setting, procedures, standards and values for various operations within the Project development & management during design and construction of projects.
  • Communicate with members of the team and other stakeholders effectively to synchronize activities, distribute information and instructions and progress towards set objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of team members and ensure effective team deployment to the projects portfolio and other PDM tasks.
  • Monitor the performance of associated consultants, contractors, and suppliers and ensure proper supervision of their performance, and complete compliance with their duties.
  • Uphold, enhance and protect the interest of the Group and its business units and integrate this interest within the projects procedures.
  • Uphold the values of the owners and protect the public status and reputation of the group.
  • Establish policies that ensure quality practices, efficient and sustainable environment and community impact.

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering from reputed University.
  • Additional post graduate or other professional courses leading to relevant recognized higher degrees.
  • 18+ years of effective, continuous and relevant experience in positions related to the stated competencies.
  • At least 5 years of job experience in leadership and direct responsibilities position.
  • Top Management experiences or educational qualifications are advantages.
  • Complete knowledge and active familiarity with the followings.

  • Standard Conditions of Contracts.
  • Legal and Regularity Environment.
  • Project Management.
  • Specifications and Documentation of design.
  • Project Financing
