Cypher Capital is a multi-asset investment manager with a growing presence across digital assets, AI infrastructure, private equity, and public markets. We manage funds and separately managed accounts for institutional and sophisticated investors across the Middle East, Asia, and beyond. We are at an inflection point — expanding our product suite and investor base — and are looking for someone to build and own our investor access function from the ground up.

This is a pipeline role, not a marketing role. The person we hire will be measured on qualified investor relationships built, mandates engaged, and events that generate real capital introduction — not brand impressions or content output.

What You'll Own

– Design and execute an annual institutional events calendar — investor dinners, roundtables, conference presence, and roadshows across the UAE, Asia, and Europe

– Build and manage relationships with target allocators: family offices, fund of funds, private banks, and sovereign-adjacent capital in the Middle East and Asia

– Work with prime brokers and placement agents on capital introduction opportunities and co-hosted events

– Own investor pipeline tracking, meeting cadence, and CRM discipline — keeping the team accountable on follow-through

– Identify and manage conference and forum presence; maximise ROI of each engagement, not just attendance

– Support roadshow logistics and investor preparation when approaching new institutional mandates

Partner with the investment team on investor materials (pitch decks, fund updates, DDQs) — a support function, not the core of this role

What We Are Looking For

– 6–10 years in institutional IR, capital markets, corporate access, or a closely adjacent function at an asset manager, investment bank, or family office platform

– Proven track record building allocator relationships and running events that generate qualified meetings — not just attendance

– Deep understanding of how institutional capital allocation decisions are made

– Existing network across Middle East and/or Asia institutional and family office community

– Comfortable across digital assets, alternatives, and traditional asset classes

– Highly organised, self-directed, able to operate without a large team

– Strong CRM discipline — you keep pipelines clean and follow-through tight

– Arabic language skills a plus, not required

What We Are NOT Looking For

– Marketing executives who think in terms of brand, content calendars, or social media impressions

– PR or digital marketing backgrounds as the primary experience

– People who need a large support team to operate effectively

  • Candidates who can't distinguish between an investor meeting and an event attendance figure
