Role Purpose

Own the design, build, and global scale up of Open Innovation's ISV and ecosystem partnership program. This is a program owner role with end to end accountability: strategy, integration enablement, joint go to market, governance, and operational execution across different regions and partner types.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and operationalize the global partnership framework across OEM ecosystem partners, system integrators, GSIs, distributors, and ISVs, with clear partner segmentation, lifecycle, and engagement rules.
  • Define the program architecture (tiers, onboarding, enablement, certification/validation, deal registration, co sell motions, joint marketing, governance cadence).
  • Build program assets: partner playbooks, joint GTM kits, enablement materials, and scalable operating processes.

Experience required

  • 10+ years in global partnerships, alliances and ecosystem within enterprise technology (AI, Software, infrastructure, SaaS, data platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience building a partner program, including program design plus operational execution (as plus)
  • Strong track record working with OEMs and infrastructure partners (reference architectures, joint solution validation, co marketing/co selling) and with SIs/GSIs
  • Experience creating repeatable partner motions across multiple geographies.
  • Operates with high ownership, structured execution discipline, and the ability to lead through influence in a cross functional environment.

Opportunity

The Director will define the program and own it globally: ecosystem architecture, operating model, governance, and execution at scale. The role has direct executive visibility and the mandate to turn partnerships into a growth multiplier through faster market access, stronger enterprise credibility, and accelerated deployment.
