Our client is a large facility and asset management organisation supporting commercial and infrastructure assets across Saudi Arabia. The business manages complex, high-value portfolios.
The Role
The Director will oversee facility operations, maintenance strategy, and asset lifecycle management. This role will manage multi-site operations and large technical teams. A key focus will be service reliability, cost optimisation, and compliance with SLAs. The Director will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role will also drive operational standardisation and performance reporting. Leadership across technical and non-technical teams is essential.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior experience in facility or asset operations. Strong exposure to large portfolios and technical environments is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal profile demonstrates operational rigour, leadership maturity, and client management skills. Technical qualifications are advantageous.
