Work you'll do
- Own and grow the advisory pipeline through independent origination - unsolicited proposals, RFP leadership, deal pricing strategy
- Maintain a senior network of CFO/C-suite relationships that generates repeat business
- Hold P&L accountability across a portfolio of accounts or engagements
- Shape the firm's advisory market positioning through service innovation and technology alliances (Workiva/Prophix)
- Build practice talent strategy including recruiting, succession planning, and capability development
- Represent the firm externally through speaking engagements, publications, and industry bodies

Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in finance transformation advisory.
- Proven track record in leading complex finance technology implementations or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development, shape client opportunities, and engage senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience managing multi disciplinary teams and scaling teams in a fast growing environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications such as CTP, ACT, CFA, FRM or MBA preferred
