This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, UAE, for the position of Director General. The Director General will oversee the company's strategic direction, ensure operational efficiency, and manage various business processes. Key responsibilities include leading business development efforts, fostering client relationships, managing teams to achieve organizational objectives, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services. The role also requires budget management, compliance enforcement, and developing optimal operational strategies to achieve company goals.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills to oversee company operations and team management
• Proven expertise in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management with diverse clients
• Knowledge in procurement, supply chain management, and operational processes specific to marine and industrial supply industries
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related field); an advanced degree (such as an MBA) is preferred
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market and familiarity with regional business practices is an advantage
• Proficiency in the English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
