Director - Market Analytics and Contracts

About the Role

The Director – Market Analytics and Contracts will lead commercial forecasting, market analytics, and contract management, leveraging data-driven insights to identify commercial opportunities and ensure agreements are aligned with KSIA's strategic objectives and relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and benchmarking to assess global trends, commercial opportunities, and space utilization.
• Analyze passenger demographics, spending behavior, and route-level data to support concession selection, zoning, and pricing.
• Lead scenario analysis and commercial forecasting under different market conditions.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify contract risks, including underperformance, delayed payments, and expiring agreements.
• Develop commercial contract frameworks covering performance indicators, variable rent terms, and tenant service obligations.
• Support commercial contract structuring and negotiations through data-driven insights on leasing models, revenue sharing, and pricing.
• Monitor contract performance and develop financial models to support renewals and new commercial opportunities.
• Analyze regional and global airport markets to identify emerging commercial trends, concession formats, and potential partner profiles.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent is required. Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent, including at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
