Director, Middle East

WW+P is part of 10N Collective: a group of urbanism, architecture and related design experts brought together by Egis Group. In 2026 SvN Architects and Planners merged with WW+P, creating over 80 years of combined experience in transformative urban design and planning.

We are seeking a confident, versatile and experienced individual who will represent WW+P in the Middle East. The individual will be based at Egis's regional headquarters in Dubai, with a focus on advancing internal synergies within the Group, as well as developing external business through the creation and nurturing of relationships with clients and partners.

Key Accountabilities

• Represent WW+P in the region, utilising a comprehensive knowledge of the WW+P project portfolio, values, and approach.
• Collaborate with the WW+P global studio, primarily through liaison with the Middle East Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with the 10N Collective to maximise working synergies and support regional growth.
• Support the management of design teams based in the WW+P global studios, in the role of local first-point-of-contact for clients and partners.
• Build key client relationships through increased exposure and networking and establish business opportunity within this.
• Safeguard and evolve the identity of WW+P, ensuring output aligns with the brand's values and messaging.
• Support and mine new business opportunities: advance the client's knowledge of core capabilities; recognize untapped opportunities within existing relationships; leverage formal and informal networks in the pursuit of new business possibilities.
• Maximise project profit returns where possible.
  
  

• Proven track record of delivering excellent, award-winning design on a variety of project typologies.
• 5+ years of experience of at least Associate Director, or similar, level of seniority.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Middle East construction market, including the relevant local and international clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience including the ability to communicate with and manage remote design teams.
• Strong commercial understanding and project management.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and successful implementations.
