Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead organisational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define long-term talent strategies, including succession planning and building talent pipelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OD and talent management programmes.
- Evaluate and enhance policies related to talent management and career progression.
- Monitor and report on key talent metrics for continuous improvement.
- Oversee employee engagement programmes and gender equality initiatives.
- Benchmark best practices and update processes to maintain competitive standards.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams and business leaders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Director - OD & TM should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field.
- Professional certifications in OD, Talent Management, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in talent management and organisational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
