A market-leading, high-growth digital media company in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Director of Ad Sales KSA to lead and scale its advertising revenue business in the Kingdom.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with full P&L ownership for the KSA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, building long-term strategic partnerships, and positioning the business as a preferred media partner for agencies and advertisers across Saudi Arabia.
The Role
As Director of Ad Sales KSA, you will take end-to-end ownership of the advertising monetization strategy in the Kingdom. You will lead from the front - shaping strategy, opening senior doors, closing high-value partnerships, and building a strong, scalable sales organization.
You will work closely with regional leadership to create commercially compelling solutions that resonate with the KSA market and deliver consistent revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the KSA advertising revenue strategy across digital media, branded content, sponsorships, and integrated partnerships
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing ad sales team focused on agency and direct client revenue
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key media agencies, trading desks, and major advertisers across KSA
- Identify new revenue streams and monetization opportunities aligned with market demand
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and pipeline management, ensuring delivery against ambitious revenue targets
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sales solutions are commercially sound, scalable, and market-relevant
- Represent the business at senior client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums in KSA
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior Ad Sales or Commercial Leadership role within KSA
- Strong track record of owning and delivering significant advertising revenue targets
- Deep, active relationships with agencies and advertisers in the Saudi market
- Experience selling premium digital media, content-led solutions, sponsorships, or integrated advertising offerings
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent
