Director of Analytics Business Engagement - IT

Are you passionate about harnessing data to power business transformation We're looking for a visionary Director of Analytics Business Engagement to connect business strategy with data-driven insights and lead impactful change across Miral's world-class leisure and entertainment portfolio.

About the Role:

As the Director Analytics Business Engagement, you will act as a strategic bridge between Miral's business units and our data analytics team. You will drive stakeholder engagement, identify high-impact analytics opportunities, and ensure data solutions directly support business goals across all Miral tenants.

What You'll Do:

• Champion strategic engagement with business leaders to identify data needs and align on priorities
• Drive analytics adoption by translating complex insights into actionable business recommendations
• Lead cross-functional data projects from ideation to implementation
• Influence a data-first culture through change management and stakeholder advocacy
• Monitor KPIs to measure project impact and ensure alignment with business performance goals
• Promote data governance, process optimization, and data quality standards
• Stay ahead of trends and bring innovation into how we solve business challenges through data

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in business engagement or data analytics (with at least 5 years in a leadership role)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a passion for storytelling with data
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and DWH platforms
• Strategic thinker with a sharp understanding of performance drivers in large organizations
• Experience driving data adoption and leading change initiatives across diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
