Director of Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead master planning and urban design projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and township master plans.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture or urban design.
• 16+ years of experience in master planning and urban design.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and township projects.
• Strong experience delivering projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
• Demonstrated track record with leading consultants or developers in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and design coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
