• Focus is on moving beyond experimental AI to build monetizable AI

ecosystems that redefine the enterprise operating model

• AI engines that drive aggressive top-line growth and measurable bottom-line

efficiency.

• Define and own the AI engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model in

alignment with the overall enterprise data and technology strategy.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers

• Set technical vision and engineering standards for the AI platform, including

model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

• Architect and oversee development of scalable, production-grade AI systems

including Generative AI applications, LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines,

classical ML models, and real-time inference services.

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and domain experts to

identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases.

• Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to C-suite,

regulators, and external partners.
