Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or a related field, CIA or other audit qualifications will be preferred.
UAE National with Family Book
10+ years of proven experience in internal auditing with strong finance background.
Extensive knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, encompassing all critical areas of the entity's operations.
Lead and mentor a team of talented audit professionals, fostering their growth and maximising their potential.
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of company processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending practical solutions.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management and the Board of Directors, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to develop a proactive audit approach.
