Role Overview
The organisation is looking for an accomplished Business Development Director to spearhead growth efforts across the UAE and the wider GCC. This leader will shape commercial strategies, forge high-value partnerships, and uncover new opportunities within the technology and AI ecosystem. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to align internal teams around client-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, influencers, and decision-makers across the region.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across priority industries.
- Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Contribute to growth across multiple sectors through strategic planning and market insight.
- Lead negotiations, manage partnerships, and guide pricing discussions for major commercial deals.
- Stay informed on market trends, especially in AI and emerging technologies, to support opportunity development.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards related to governance, quality, security, and continuity.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years experience in business development within technology, consulting, or similar fields.
- Strong network across the UAE and GCC; established relationships are highly advantageous.
- High interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to stay up to date on industry developments.
- Self-driven, able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Open to Emirati / UAE National candidates only.

- Sector-specific expertise in one or more industries.
