Role OverviewCosmos is a modern corporate services platform supporting founders, investors, and international businesses establishing and operating in the UAE. We are seeking a Director of Business Development to own revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead commercial expansion across the region.
This is a senior role with direct responsibility for pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver new revenue targets across company formation, corporate services, and ongoing retainers
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality B2B sales pipeline
- Develop strategic partnerships with free zones, law firms, accountants, real estate firms, and introducers
- Lead senior client meetings and close complex, high-value engagements
- Design and execute outbound, referral, and partnership-led growth strategies
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to improve conversion and client lifetime value
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and pipeline reporting
- Contribute to pricing strategy, sales processes, and commercial positioning
Requirements- 5+ years experience in business development or sales leadership in the UAE
- Proven track record of closing professional services or B2B solutions
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation, visas, corporate services, or adjacent sectors
- Established local network across free zones, advisors, or referral partners
- Commercially sharp, confident negotiator, and results-driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, founder-led environment
- Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage
