The Role
Own and scale HUMAIN's service delivery model — the retained organization, BPO partnerships, and standards that deliver quality and efficiency at scale, increasingly AI-native.
What you'll do:
Service model & retained org — architect the end-to-end model across the retained organization and BPO partners.
Partner governance — own BPO partner governance, SLAs, and the commercial and performance relationship.
Service catalogue & standards — own the service catalogue, SLAs, and quality governance.
AI-native service delivery — deploy AI agents across delivery to raise quality and efficiency.
Continuous improvement — drive cost and quality improvement in partnership with Process Excellence.
Build & lead — operate as a player-coach, building and scaling the team over time.
What success looks like:
First 90 days: a clear, governed service model across retained teams and partners, with standards and SLAs operating with discipline.
By 6–12 months: consistent SLA and quality performance, measurable cost and quality improvement, and AI-native delivery raising capacity.
What you'll bring:
-10+ years in service delivery or operations at a scaling company — tech / AI / digital preferred.
-Stood up or run a retained + BPO service-delivery model end to end, at scale.
-Service-model design, SLA and quality governance, and partner management expertise.
-A continuous-improvement track record with measurable cost and quality gains.
-Demonstrable experience applying AI within service delivery.
-Bachelor's required; MBA / advanced degree a plus. English mandatory; Arabic a plus.
