Director of Construction Services - Riyadh
Linum Consult's client is urgently seeking a bilingual Arabic- and English-speaking Director of Construction Services to oversee their portfolio in different countries, to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working at a corporate level, you will be responsible for managing and helping to grow the Construction Services projects across the Middle East
- Overseeing the company's Construction Management projects, and providing technical and managerial guidance
- Bringing in more construction projects for the company
- Growing and maintaining a large client base
- Recruiting and managing staff
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or similar subject, with certifications of CAPM & PMP from the PMI
- 15 years of experience in Construction Management for large infrastructure, public, and municipality projects
- Substantial experience in business development, with an established network of construction and engineering firms
- Previous experience of working for PMCs or engineering consultancies
- Demonstrable history of managing multidisciplinary construction teams
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic, with good communication skills
