- Develop and implement a robust data management strategy aligned with Organizations financial goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Ensure compliance with data-related regulations and standards, including financial reporting and privacy laws
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data architectures and infrastructure to support the Finance Division.
- Collaborate with IT and technology teams to ensure data systems are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Lead the transformation of financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to enhance financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data management team, fostering pro fessional growth and development.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven excellence within the department.
- Partner with other departments, such as Risk, Operations, and Product Management, to ensure seamless integration of data management practices across the organization.
- Act as a key liaison between the Finance Division and other stakeholders to align data initiatives with business needs
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor data quality, availability, and security.
- Continuously improve data management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
People Management
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department
- Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
