About the Role : Formulate R&D strategies for digital and intelligent technologies, lead the implementation of major projects, and connect internal and external resources to deliver regionally tailored solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Technology Strategy Planning: Integrating the Group's digital intelligence business goals with global oilfield market trends, formulate R&D strategies for technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Define technology investment priorities in regions such as the Middle East and Africa, ensuring a differentiated technology approach compared to international oilfield service companies.
- Solution Implementation: Lead the technical planning and implementation of major digital intelligent oilfield projects, managing the entire process from needs analysis to solution acceptance to ensure project compliance with petrochemical industry standards. Lead the team in implementing the latest smart oilfield technologies.
- Cross-domain Collaboration and Resource Integration: Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to align with customer needs and develop solutions tailored to regions such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Establish technical collaboration channels with international partners to consolidate the competitiveness of global smart oilfield resource optimization solutions.
- Team Management and Standardization: Manage a technical team with global experience, develop technical standards and quality control systems for digital intelligent solutions, and drive the team's delivery of results that meet international standards. Furthermore, cultivate core personnel with global work experience.
Qualifications :
- Professional Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Petrochemical Engineering or related fields; over 5 years of experience in planning intelligent oilfield solutions; over 3 years of global work experience in an international company; experience leading the implementation of smart oilfield projects in the Middle East/Africa.
- Technical and Industry Knowledge: Proficient in the application of artificial intelligence and big data in oilfield scenarios; familiar with the latest global smart oilfield technologies; deep understanding of the petrochemical industry chain and digital pain points.
- International Competence: English as a working language; able to independently lead cross-border technical exchanges and solution presentations; possess cross-cultural communication skills (e.g., adapting to Middle Eastern business customs); able to coordinate overseas teams to promote the localization and adaptation of solutions.
- Strategic and Management Capabilities: Possesses logical thinking in technology strategic planning; able to adjust solution direction based on global market dynamics; has experience in managing technical teams; adept at improving the market share of solutions in the international market through innovative strategies.
