Role Purpose :
The Director of IT and Digital Transformation (Emirati) will lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise applications landscape, including ERP systems.
Position Title:Director of Digital Transformation - Emirati Nationals Only (Emiratization Role)
Key Responsibilities :
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Lead the implementation, and operation of enterprise IT infrastructure across all locations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems, networks, and data centers.
2. Cybersecurity & Governance
- Establish and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework aligned with regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NESA, etc.).
- Monitor security operations, risk management, and incident response.
3. ERP & Enterprise Applications
- Manage ERP platforms and related enterprise applications to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with business units to optimize processes through digital enablement.
4. Digital Transformation Leadership
- Drive digital initiatives that improve operational efficiency, automation.
- Identify emerging technologies to support innovation and long-term growth.
- Align IT strategy with overall corporate strategy and transformation roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within IT.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
