A leading Tier 1 main contractor in Dubai is seeking a Head of Estimating to lead their pre-construction and bid function across a diverse pipeline of major projects.

- Leading the estimating team through tender preparation, cost planning, and bid submission

- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during the pre-contract phase

- Reviewing and validating pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness while protecting margin

- Overseeing risk assessment and value engineering during the bid process

- Reporting into senior leadership on tender pipeline, win rates, and market positioning

The ideal candidate will have significant estimating experience within a Tier 1 contractor in the UAE, a strong track record on large scale projects, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
