As the Director of F&B, you will lead Earth Jumeirah Beach's social and experiential heart, from the pool deck activations, the high energy brasserie to the courtyard dining venues to name a few. You'll shape the energy, culture, and commercial performance of our most vibrant social and dining spaces.
What on Earth Will You Do
- Own the 360 operation of the pool deck, brasserie, courtyard and co working spaces.
- Ensure every outlet delivers a consistent, elevated, high-energy Earth vibe.
- Manage large, diverse teams with confidence, clarity, and presence on the floor.
- Curate experiences that spark joy; from daily beats to weekend takeovers to signature events.
- Collaborate with Entertainment, and Brand teams to build programming that drives traffic and community engagement.
- Ensure every activation feels intentional, fresh, and authentic.
- Lead a high-volume business while immersing in the local community.
- Drive revenue, cost management, forecasting, and outlet-level profitability.
- Build partnerships, collaborations, and pop-ups that deepen visibility and create buzz.
- Build teams of strong operators, capable of translating the Earth culture for authentic and meaningful moments, where connections between Citizens and Earthlings is paramount
- Create a Citizen culture rooted in accountability, energy, and hospitality that feels human.
- Bring deep local connections in Dubai's hospitality scene, suppliers, promoters, DJs, creators, chefs.
- Keep Earth dialed into FnB movements, community events as an epicenter of the Jumeirah living offering
- Ensure Earth becomes a name the industry talks about and talks to.
- Work closely with Culinary, Marketing, Revenue, and Brand Experience to align creative and commercial goals.
- Collaborate on menu development, programming calendars, and experience concepts.
- Play a leading role in shaping the broader Earth approach to food, nightlife, and events.
- Strong commercial acumen balanced with creativity and energy.
- Ambition to grow into brand-level culinary & experience leadership.
